Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tolhurst Vinyl Art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Much of our vinyl art is kept in stock or at our gallery. Should we not have it in stock we will produce your vinyl art within 5 working days. If you require a specific delivery date estimate, please contact us prior to ordering. Orders are dispatched twice weekly (Wednesdays and Saturdays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. UK orders please allow 2-3 working days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

U.K. Shipment method
Tolhurst Vinyl Art use Evri Parcels (formerly Hermes). For next day service, when needed, Royal Mail First Class Signed for is used. All services will require a signature at delivery. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

U.S. Shipment method
Tolhurst Vinyl Art use FedEx for express orders (3 day delivery service NOT including processing times or weekends, bank holidays etc.) and Royal Mail parcel service (7 day service NOT including processing times and weekends, bank holidays etc.). We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Europe and rest of the world
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tolhurst Vinyl Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Tolhurst Vinyl Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Tolhurst Vinyl Art immediately with accompanying photographs and we will arrange return shipping labels and arrange a replacement vinyl art on receipt of returned item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
